East Texas Baptist University is honored to partner with our community in hosting the Community Showcase. ETBU is committed to ensuring that this event reflects the University’s mission and values. Participating vendors and organizations are expected to uphold these standards, which means products or services involving alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or other items not in alignment with University expectations will not be permitted. We are grateful for your partnership in creating a positive and meaningful experience for all who attend.
- Where is it held?

At East Texas Baptist University's campus, in The Quad. This area is a communal gathering space on campus, located behind ETBU's Historic Marshall Hall.
- When can I set up?

Vendors will be permitted to set up at 10:00 a.m.
- Where can I park?

Visitor parking is reserved in the lot between Marshall Hall and Scarborough Hall.
- Will I have access to an electrical outlet?

We will provide assigned table spaces in the Quad. If you need your table close to electricity, let us know. Be sure to bring your own power cord. Power cords will NOT be provided. We will do our best, but outlets are in limited supply.
- What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own table coverings, canopies, and promotional materials like flyers, coupons, swag, and samples. If you have questions about appropriate materials or setup requirements, please contact Chad Cox at ccox@etbu.edu.
- Can I give stuff away?

Students love free stuff. Feel free to bring snacks/food, promo items with your business logo, informational fliers, etc. Anything you give to students should align with ETBU's mission and values.
