Shelby McNeal was born and raised in Shreveport/Bossier, Louisiana. She earned her bachelor's degree in worship studies at ETBU in 2021 while serving as a Resident Assistant for three years and as the Chapel Worship Coordinator. After her graduation, getting married, and having their first baby, she loves to invite prospective students to join the Tiger Family in her role as Campus Visit Coordinator.
