Ministry Teams at ETBU

Our ETBU Ministry Teams are trained and ready to serve the needs of your youth. They aim to gain practical ministry experience as they serve as mentors that will inspire and challenge your students through their actions and words.  ETBU students are selected to participate based on their spiritual maturity, servant spirit, and fun personality. You can rest assured that your students will have a great time and a meaningful experience with our ETBU Ministry Teams.

D-Teams are serious about discipleship, their own discipleship and the discipleship of the students they serve.  Our students love to take part in Disciple Now (D-Now) weekends and retreats.  They are happy to serve as small group leaders, worship leaders, and can plan activities for recreation or free time. D-Now weekends are a great way for our students to gain practical ministry experience as they grow in their own faith journeys as they minister to others. In addition to D-Nows our D-Teams can serve at 5th Quarters, game nights, or at a Wednesday night youth group meeting.

Our Rec Teams are composed of students that are trained and prepared to serve at Christian youth camps in the Summer.  They are prepared to lead games and recreation times, oversee tournaments and help out in any way that can help the camp. In addition to leading the students to have a great time in games and recreation they also are prepared to lead students to grow in their relationship with Christ. They are ready to invest in students and can serve as bible study leaders, small group leaders, and prayer partners.
