Natalie Bach-Prather serves as the Head Coach for ETBU men’s and women’s track & field and cross country. She started the track & field program in 2014 and has also led the women’s cross country team for 10 years and the men’s team for eight years. Under her leadership, ETBU athletes have earned numerous ASC honors, including multiple individual conference championships and NCAA Division III national meet qualifications. She also represents the south-southwest region as NCAA Regional Representative for cross country and track & field.
As a student-athlete at ETBU, Bach-Prather ran cross country from 2003–2008 and was a two-time All-ASC performer. She holds certifications from the Cooper Institute as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutritional instructor. A competitive athlete herself, she has completed multiple marathons, triathlons, and Ironman competitions, including the Boston Marathon and Ironman Texas, and earned USA Triathlon All-American honors from 2012–2015.
Bach-Prather graduated from ETBU in 2008 and earned a Master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2012. She and her husband, Michael, have one son, Benjamin.
