DeQuallon Jenkins serves as the Defensive Line Coach at ETBU. He previously worked as a graduate assistant with the defense in 2021 and 2022 before moving to full-time staff.
In 2023, Jenkins coached three All-ASC First Team defensive linemen—Jahkamian Carr, Christian Booker, and Dominick Williams. Carr was named ASC Defensive Lineman of the Year, selected to the D3football.com All-Region First Team, and earned a spot on Dave Campbell’s All-Texas Non-FBS Defensive Team. Booker was named to the All-Region Second Team, while Williams posted 6.5 sacks and 10.5 tackles for loss.
As a player at ETBU, Jenkins appeared in 31 games on the defensive line, recording 63 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, and three forced fumbles. In 2021, he was named All-ASC Honorable Mention.
A North Crowley High School graduate, Jenkins was an All-District linebacker and finished 12th all-time in program tackles. He earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management from ETBU in 2021 and a Master’s in 2023. He married his wife, Abbi, in July 2024.
