About ETBU

Meet Alicia Earle

"Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer." Romans 12:9-12

Mrs. Alicia Earle has more than 20 years of experience in Education Institutions. She has been with ETBU since May of 2014 and serves as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid. She has also served in the Admissions Office as the Campus Visit Coordinator. Before joining the ETBU staff, she served at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in various departments; the Physical Plant, Registrar's office, Personnel Office, and Institutional Advancement. Mrs. Earle has also served as a school secretary at two public schools in the Fort Worth area. Through her work experience and life experience, as a pastor's wife and mother, she believes that she is able to connect with parents and students with a caring and compassionate voice. She enjoys being available, listening to students' needs, and helping them see the best way to pursue their dream of making ETBU their "Home on the Hill."
