Shannon Page has worked as the Web and Digital Experience Strategist since July of 2026. Prior to her current position at East Texas Baptist University, she was a Learning Experience Designer at Baylor University, a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Sam Houston State University and served as the Web Development Coordinator at ETBU. Additionally, she taught at Hallsville High School for 14 years and then worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist and Virtual School Course Developer for five years.
She is an alumni of East Texas Baptist University where she earned her B.S.E in Secondary Education with a specialization in English and Theatre. She earned her Master's in Education at Stephen F. Austin.
Shannon enjoys creating digital learning experiences in a variety of formats and working with ETBU to make the website accessible for all. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four favorite people in the world – her husband Mark, her daughter McCelvey, and her parents.
