Bethany Cook has more than 13 years of experience as a paralegal in various areas of law but has decided to follow God's calling out of the legal field and is currently serving as the Scheduling and Records Assistant at East Texas Baptist University. Bethany is excited to use the essential skills she acquired throughout her career to transition into her new position. She is passionate and overjoyed to be able to serve in a truly God-centered institution where she can encourage, support and pray for fellow faculty, staff, and students.
