Mallory serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at East Texas Baptist University. Previously she was the head volleyball coach at LeTourneau University for three seasons and an assistant at The University of Texas at Tyler for two seasons.
Mallory graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Kinesiology from ETBU and completed a Master of Science in Kinesiology in 2018 from The University of Texas at Tyler. She and her husband Tanner have two sons, Swade and Crew and they attend New Beginnings Baptist Church in Longview, Texas.
