Comprised of the most outstanding vocalists at ETBU, the Concert Choir is a select group of mixed voices, which performs some of the more challenging music from the various periods and styles. Concert Choir has served as the premier large choral ensemble of the Music Department. The choir serves as a public relations arm of the Music Department performing both on and off campus and touring each academic year. Touring the United States, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, China, and many other countries, the Concert Choir has performed in some of the finest performance venues in the world. Membership is by audition.
The Concert Choir rehearses at 2:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday each week. Auditions are open to all ETBU students regardless of major, music background, and choral experience. To audition, contact Dr. Pat Antinone directly. Enrollment in this ensemble counts toward the 3-credit hour fine arts requirement on all ETBU degrees.
