The Department of Music and Theatre Arts presents a staged music theatre production every academic year. The productions offer students practical application in the basic skills of acting, movement, singing, stagecraft, makeup, choreography, and leadership in these areas, as well as opportunities for assisting in aspects of musical theatre directing and stage management. ETBU Musical Theatre productions are fully-staged and costumed productions with live pit orchestras.
Auditions for each musical theatre production are publicized during each academic year. Auditions are open to all students regardless of major.
