Highlights
The Louise Ornelas University Park Row House Development was provided through the generosity of Dr. Louise Ornelas, who contributed the lead gift, along with various other donors. The townhouse-style apartments are designed for upperclassmen students, graduate students, and married couples. Twelve of the new units are one-bedroom and one-bathroom, while the other eighteen units are three-bedroom and three-bathroom, providing space for a total of 132 students. University Park is a year lease. Students should refer to their “Housing Contract” and "Housing Terms" in their “Housing Application” regarding lease terms.
