Designed for upperclassmen, each townhome features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and accommodates six students. Shared bedrooms include two twin-size beds, two desks, two chairs, two dressers, and closet space, giving roommates dedicated spaces for studying, relaxing, and getting ready for the day.
Oaks on Grove is available on a year-long lease. Students should refer to their Housing Contract and Housing Terms within their Housing Application for specific lease information.
What You’ll Find
Each townhome offers the convenience of a fully furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Private laundry facilities and wireless internet access are also included, making everyday living simple and convenient.
