Foote Hall at Tiger Yard was built in 2023. This three-story building consists of nine student units providing housing for 53 students, the baseball locker room, coaches offices, and The Blue Bengal Grocery Co. Each loft-style unit has three bedrooms, each with its own bath housing six residents (two residents per room), full kitchen, living room, and private laundry. Tiger Yard is a 12-month lease from June- May. Students should refer to their “Housing Contract” in their “Housing Application” regarding lease terms.
