Ready for a little more independence? Mabee Housing Complex offers upperclassmen men the opportunity to experience apartment-style living while staying connected to the ETBU community.

Completed in August 1992, Mabee is a two-story, 126-bed residence hall made up of individual apartments. Most apartments feature four private bedrooms, giving residents their own personal space while providing shared areas to relax, cook, and spend time together. Mabee also includes two three-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate students with mobility needs.

What You’ll Find

Each bedroom includes a built-in twin-size bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet space. Apartments also feature a fully furnished living room, bathroom, and kitchen, giving residents the convenience of apartment-style living right on campus.

Mabee's bathroom and kitchen areas have received ongoing updates since 2013 to provide comfortable and functional living spaces.

Community & Experience

Apartment living at Mabee doesn't mean giving up the ETBU community. Residence Life staff host events throughout the year that bring Mabee residents together and encourage connections across campus.

One of Mabee's favorite traditions is its annual Christmas party, a large campus celebration hosted by the Mabee Hall staff.
