Family Weekend

Friday, September 30 - Sunday, October 2

The purpose of Family Weekend is to bring the faculty, staff, students, and families together for a weekend of fellowship.  We have a variety of activities planned for the weekend that allow families to experience life on the Hill.

Cost for the weekend is:

  • $20/adult
  • $15/child (12 years and under)
  • FREE for ETBU Student
  • (This cost does not include tickets to the football game.)

Tickets for the Tiger Football game must be purchased separately. You can purchase football tickets online at www.etbutickets.com.

Don't forget to visit the ETBU Bookstore from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

 

Online pre-registration is now CLOSED. If you are still needing to register, please come to our Late Registration on Friday, September 30, at the Grove from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. or Saturday, October 1, at the Quad from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Meet us at The Grove to pick up your schedule for the weekend, Family Weekend t-shirts (if registered before 9/26), and Tiger Family Lunch tickets.

Gather at the Grove

Enjoy some downtime with your student with live music, fellowship, lawn games, and local crowd-favorite food trucks in The Grove. (Food truck tickets will be available at each vendor for $5-$15).

Doubt (An ETBU Theatre Production)

Head down to the Mabee Recital Hall in Jenna Guest for this brilliant and powerful drama! Set in the 1960s, Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of his progressive philosophy and suspicious behavior. This story powerfully explores the struggle and intersection of faith related to how people choose to cope with, and address feelings of doubt and skepticism toward others. General admission tickets are $10 or FREE with an ETBU ID. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ETBU.edu/boxoffice or at the Box Office.

Movie Night Under the Stars at Taylor Field

End Day 1 with us at Taylor Field as we watch a family-favorite film! Bring your lawn chairs/blankets, or sit in the stands. Popcorn, candy, and drinks will be provided. No tickets are needed!

Hockey vs. Drury University (Shreveport, LA)

Grab a blanket, support the ETBU D2 Hockey Team, and cheer them on as they take on the Drury University Panthers at 10:30 p.m. at George’s Pond in Hirsch Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. No tickets are needed!

Join us and support our Tiger Students, Faculty, and Staff at our Small Business Saturday Market in The Quad. We have plenty of vendors lined up with products ranging from baked goods and coffees to crafts to beauty products and services. A FREE Brunch Bar will be provided with juices and breakfast grab-and-go foods.
