In what capacity do you know the applicant?

The Resident Assistant (RA) position is a student leadership role within the department of Student Engagement and Residence Life. An RA’s role is to oversee and facilitate community on a residence hall wing. They are required to build community within their wing by getting to know each of their residents, help in developing and facilitating programs and events, and also help hold students accountable to the policies and guidelines as outlined in the ETBU Student Handbook.

We are looking for students who demonstrate the following characteristics: have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, excited about ETBU, exhibit leadership abilities, possess good people skills, demonstrate maturity and good conflict management skills, have a desire to serve others, and have a willingness to learn and grow.
