SGA Class Senator Qualifications

1. Be a member of the class of the Senate Seat for which they are running, according to the number of credit hours at the time of election.
2. Maintain a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher.
3. Be in good standing with the University
4. Be a full-time student at East Texas Baptist University.
5. Represent excellent Christian character.

SGA Senator at Large Qualifications

1. Maintain a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher.
2. Be in good standing with the University
3. Be a student at East Texas Baptist University.
4. Represent excellent Christian character.

SGA Graduate Senator Qualifications

1. Be enrolled in the Graduate Studies program at ETBU.
2. Maintain a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher.
3. Be in good standing with the University
4. Represent excellent Christian character.

SGA General Requirements

Attend weekly SGA meetings on Mondays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Serve a weekly office hour.
Attend and help set up for SGA special events such as Fall Formal, Miss ETBU, Tea Days, Conversations with the President, and more.
