The ETBU Tuition Exchange Application should be submitted to the Financial Aid Office between September 1 and January 15 prior to the academic year in which you are applying. All applications received by January 15 will be ranked according to length of full-time employment at ETBU by the parent. Applications will be submitted to the requested institution according to this ranking and in compliance with the Tuition Exchange import-export ratio. Applications received after January 15 will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must maintain behavior that is consistent with ETBU standards. While ETBU pays for the annual membership fee, the student/employee pays the yearly participation fee (approximately $50/year).
Please note that there are Tuition Exchange Guidelines that limit participation in this program, so not all requests may be granted. In order to apply for tuition exchange you will need to create an application on the Tuition Exchange Website. The online application is located under the Families Dropdown menu.
