ETBU senior Catina Hayes receives UPS Scholarship

East Texas Baptist University senior and Marketing major Catina Hayes has been selected to receive a UPS Scholarship provided by the Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT) Foundation and its national partner, the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC). Originally from Alexandria, Louisiana, Hayes attends Bethesda Baptist Church in Marshall and serves with the ETBU Kids Club.

ETBU senior Adryna Roberson receives PACCAR Scholarship

East Texas Baptist University senior and Business Management major Adryna Roberson has been selected to receive a PACCAR Scholarship provided by the Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT) Foundation and its national partner, the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC). Originally from Corinth, Texas, Roberson is involved with the ETBU Women’s Ministry, Enactus, Student Government Association (SGA), and Women’s Choir, and ETBU Women’s Basketball.

ETBU celebrates record student enrollment for second year in a row

East Texas Baptist University has more students attending this year than ever before with 1,613 total students, a 5.2 percent increase over Fall 2017. The Fall 2018 enrollment represents 23.3 percent growth over the last three years. In addition, the University’s 83 percent retention rate continues to rise with expanded student life and spiritual development activities, academic support and opportunities, alumni interactions, donor support, facility improvements, and athletic participation.
