MARSHALL, Texas (11/29/15) - East Texas Baptist University is inviting everyone to participate in a Holiday Food Drive during the Christmas season that will benefit the residents of Marshall and Harrison County. ETBU, in cooperation with KSLA-TV Shreveport, will be collecting canned food items on Wednesday, December 2, from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on campus.
The collection point will be in front of ETBU's Marshall Hall, which is located on North Grove Street, north of Grand Avenue (Hwy. 80). Watch for signs on North Grove Street for directions. The collected food will go to Mission Marshall for distribution to those in need.
During the food drive, KSLA-TV will be broadcasting live during their newscasts from the front of Marshall Hall on the ETBU campus.
