Students enrolled in a mini-term will move in the weekend before their mini-term class begins. Students will need to schedule a move in time through the StarRez Housing Portal using the “2024 Mini Term Move In” link at the top of the page. Please note that this link will not be live until July 1, 2024. Students will schedule one 15-minute check-in time slot. During that time slot, the student will need to go to their assigned Residence Hall and check in with the RA. Students will have the remainder of the day to move-in your belongings. If their preferred check-in time is no longer available, please choose the next best time. If the student does not sign up for a check-in time or arrives at a time they did not sign up for, they will be asked to wait until the students who signed up have completed their check-in process. Students may have guests assist them during the move in process, however we ask that guest leave no later than 10 PM.

Meal Plan
Fall meal plan will not begin until Sunday evening, August 18 for the Fall semester. During the mini-term, if students are needing on-campus meal options, Sodexo is offering an additional “flex dollars” plan for purchase. Students may add any amount of “flex dollars” to their account by contacting Amber Dortch at adortch@etbu.edu. Any additional flex dollars added to the students account will roll over into the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semester, if not used during their August Mini-Terms. Flex dollars may be used at The Republic and Chick-fil-A during operating hours, which are listed below.
