Overview
Inspired by Isaiah 43:19, Made New exists to reflect the redemptive work of Christ by meeting material needs through a spirit of Biblical stewardship. This initiative encourages the ETBU community to give generously, repurposing gently used belongings as tangible expressions of hope. In partnership with trusted off-campus ministries, we seek to steward resources in alignment with ETBU’s mission—transforming what’s left behind into blessings for those ahead.
This project is an initiative led by ETBU's Spanish service organization, Amigos Unidos.
Donations
All collected donations will be distributed to our off-campus partners: Hope’s Closet, TREASURES, and Soda Lake Baptist Association, who are committed to serving others with care and dignity.
You can earn service hours by volunteering to help with the collection process. There will be one hour time slots available and you are welcome to sign up for as many as are needed.
For questions about donation items, moving help, or excess belongings, students may reach out to Professor Blanca Jenkins as the main contact point.
Donations will be collected at Linebery Hall, Carlile Hall, Mabee Housing Complex, Ornelas Residential Center, University Apartments, and Fry Hall during the following times:
