"Well, I . . . I just never realized . . . a gal might not . . . love me." --Bo Decker
One of William Inge's most beloved plays, Bus Stop is a coming-of-age story focused on Bo Decker, a young cowboy from Montana, who has fallen in love with and kidnapped a stage singer named Cherie against her will. After their bus gets trapped in a blizzard, they end up stuck overnight in a diner in Kansas, along with a host of other characters. Set in 1955, this romantic comedy unfolds with wisdom, humor, and heartfelt lessons for all whose paths intersect.
