The ETBU Cheer Team cheered. The ETBU Tiger Band played. ETBU students had fun. Why? The first Moonlight Prowl was held at Ornelas Stadium on Thursday at 10:00 p.m. before the undefeated Tigers play their first home game this Saturday (9/28, 7:00 p.m.) vs. Willamette University.
ETBU head football coach Joshua Eargle told the large enthusiastic crowd, “This is not all about football tonight. This is about the ETBU family being together and having fun, celebrating all that is good about our University.”
It was a wonderful evening of Tiger Spirit being expressed. Kerry McClahan, who plays basketball for the Tigers, said after Midnight Prowl, “It was a great night to see all the athletic teams together, as well as, the students. The attendance was larger than I expected. It was not just a football event but a time for all us to be together and celebrate being part of the ETBU Tiger family.”
The evening ended with the Tiger Football team out on the football field leading the students in singing the school song.
