If a member of the University community observes any behavior that may involve risks to the safety and security of someone within the University community, individuals may report the behavior by using the online report. The Student Care Team's (STC) mission is to provide a collaborative holistic approach in response to significant student issues or crises. Once a report is submitted online, a copy is emailed to the STC for appropriate review and necessary action.
Reports submitted through this site are not monitored 24 hours or when the University is closed, including weekends. Do not use this reporting form if an immediate response is required.
