ETBU ID/Tiger Card
Please complete the following form and submit it to receive your new ETBU ID.
Your picture will need to be similar to a Passport or Driver's License photo with a blank background and nothing obscuring your face (i.e., no sunglasses, hats, etc.). If you do not already have a headshot similar to this, please stand against a plain wall and look straight at the camera.
Your ID will be mailed to the address that is submitted with the form. If you are a current student and wish to pick up your ID, please submit your ETBU Mailing Address and it will be delivered via Campus Services to your ETBU mailbox.
