This application should only be completed if you are applying for a master's degree. If you desire to enroll as a first-time freshman, an undergraduate transfer student, or an undergraduate adult education student, please complete the undergraduate application available at this link.

As part of the application process to the university, you will need two recommendations. The recommendation form will be e-mailed by the Graduate Admissions Office to the people you include below (These may not be submitted by family members). Please note that if you are applying for an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Teacher Certification, School Counseling, or one of the Professional Development programs, this is separate from the recommendation letters required in the application to the ETBU School of Education.
