"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Corinthians 15:58
Ms. Dana Blackaby grew up in a small, rural town near the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area and became a Christian at the age of nine. At that moment, her life was forever changed and she began to actively serve and seek to honor the Lord each day. Over the years, God has placed her in some unique settings for service both in public ministry and in the marketplace. Most recently she served Him as a public school teacher in Texas where she taught dyslexic students how to read. Prior to this assignment, she led the Women in Ministry group on the campus of the Canadian Baptist Seminary, taught online Bible studies, and produced an award winning radio program with her father-in-law, Henry Blackaby. She has also worked in the business world where she has been placed at the corporate headquarters of a Fortune 100 company. Wherever God has placed her, it has been an exciting adventure serving the Lord and joining Him in His activity each day.
