Cal Logan serves as the Assistant Sports Information Director at East Texas Baptist University. He came to ETBU in June of 2025 after graduating from Baylor University. He works with Sports Information Director Adam Ledyard to expand the ETBU brand and advance communication among athletics.
Cal graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication and minors in News Editorial and Religion. He spent three years at Baylor as a student intern in the Athletics Communications Department. Cal led the Athletics Communications department's student interns and was the Men’s Basketball Contact. He served as the opposing team SID Liaison for Baylor football games.
Cal has a deep passion for ministry. During his time at Baylor, he spent a summer at Highland Leader College (HLC) at Highland Baptist Church. After his time in HLC, Cal spent two years as a College Ministry Intern with Highland.
Cal is from Plano, Texas. He and his wife, Hailey, live in Marshall and attend Mobberly Baptist Church at the Marshall Campus.
