Kristin Cox serves as the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at East Texas Baptist University where she also serves part-time as an Assistant to the Comptroller in the Financial Services Office. Kristin earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Honors College at Lubbock Christian University, before completing her Master of Science in Leadership while finishing out her collegiate athletic eligibility at Lubbock Christian University. Furthermore, Kristin has received her MBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership from East Texas Baptist University. Kristin also serves as a staff member of the North Texas Soccer Olympic Development Program, primarily training u-12 girls. In college, Kristin was actively involved, she was an All-Conference student-athlete, Co-President of ENACTUS, co-creator of the International Student Association, member of Kappa Phi Kappa, member of the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, among other accomplishments. Kristin also has experience in the work field after being a Financial Analyst at a non-profit company, a Marketer at Costco, and currently a Sales Director with Mary Kay. Throughout her life Kristin has valued the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". She believes Coaching is one of the best ways to share the love and power of Christ and develop the holistic capabilities of her players, in turn, her players will develop leadership and life skills and have a platform to share Christ through their sport and life.
