Dr. William McVaugh is Associate Professor of Biology in the Department of Biology, School of Natural and Social Sciences. His doctorate is from the University of Texas in Neuroscience with an emphasis in synaptic physiology. In addition, he has also sub-specialized in Clinical Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology and Pharmacology. He has held tenured positions at a number of institutions including the CCCU schools Malone University and Bethel University. He is a member of the Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience (FUN) and the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS). Dr. McVaugh loves working with his undergraduates and believes that teaching students to better understand the Lord's creation leads them to a better understanding of the Lord Himself.
