Stalls will be available for set up at 9:00 a.m. and must be set up by 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 26. All stalls must cease trading at 12:00 p.m. and be packed up by 1:00 p.m. Your stall site and adjacent areas must be left clean and tidy, with no rubbish left behind. Vendors may not break down before the end of the market, even in the event the vendor has sold out. Tables, signage, tablecloth, etc., must remain set up in booth space until the end of the market.
Insurance loss, damage, and Public Liability will be the responsibility of the stallholders. ETBU will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by stall traders, contents, equipment, or damage caused by stallholders, or vehicle damage or theft of personal property owned by stallholders and event activity holders.
ETBU reserves the right to expel stallholders if they sell any products/services other than those they have stated to promote or sell.
Fast food, soft drinks, water and fruit juices, etc., must not be sold at craft stalls or any other stall other than food stalls. Choice of stalls will be at the discretion of Student Life, and their decision will be final.
No stalls will be allowed to play music, sound effects, or other noises.
Vendors must display signage with prices and vendor information. Vendors should keep prices fair and reasonable.
