Dr. Kathleen Tate has more than 15 years of experience in nursing education and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Nursing at East Texas Baptist University. Dr. Tate earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University, an MSN, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and an Ed.D in Developmental Education, Curriculum Instruction and Design from Grambling State University. Dr. Tate's research interests are extensive but include understanding the predictors of academic success in undergraduate students. Dr. Tate believes that, with support, all students can achieve their academic goals.
