At ETBU, we realize that financing your college education is an important, and sometimes challenging endeavor. We have adopted the "Guaranteed Cost Plan" to remove the apprehension associated with paying for college. Guaranteeing the cost of education allows families to plan and budget more effectively.
GUARANTEE FEATURES
- A flat rate tuition, fees, room and board is guaranteed for 4 years (8 semesters).
- Guaranteed cost applies to students taking 12 - 18 hours per semester. The rate does not include music fees or similar special fees applicable to some programs.
- Students enrolled full-time for the academic year (fall and spring) may take a 3-hour course in the May or June terms at no cost.
- Students (enrolling in Fall 07 or Spring 08) who enroll in less than 12 semester hours will pay a rate of $560 per hour.
- Students (enrolling in Fall 07 or Spring 08) will pay an hourly charge of $560 for each semester hour taken above 18.
- Students who enroll in more than 8 semesters will move to the guaranteed rate of the student group following them.
- The "Guaranteed Cost Plan" assumes continuous enrollment. If a student has a one semester break in attendance their rate will drop to the guaranteed rate of the student group following them; however, if the student is out two semesters, their rate will default to the guaranteed cost of the entering new students.
- Room and Board Guarantee: Students in housing with full kitchens will have a 10 meal per week plan. Students in housing without full kitchens will have a 20 meal per week plan.

Room and Board $4,892 per year* (does not include tax on meal plan)

PAYMENT PLAN
- ETBU offers a payment plan that allows the semester charges to be divided into equal payments. A $30 administration fee will be assessed to the student account when utilizing the payment plan.
