Steps to Complete Registration

This page is for students who have already registered (spoken with an ETBU advisor and chosen their classes) for the Fall 2011 semester.

You must complete EACH numbered step below to ensure your successful registration.

1.      Using Campus Connect, you should review and verify your class schedule, demographic data, Account status (this information is needed to complete the Student Account Information form in item 3), Financial Aid awards, etc on this site. To login to Campus Connect, you should click on the “login” button in the upper right portion of the screen, then on the next screen enter EITHER your email login (first 3 letters of your last name and last 4 digits of your social), your social security number or your student ID as the student ID. Enter your PIN (if you know it) or click on the statement “Click here to have your PIN emailed to you”. At this screen, you must use your social security number or your student ID as your Student ID. In the Financial Aid section you should verify that you have completed all of the documents/steps needed to receive your financial aid.  You should be sure to complete the “online award letter” link and if you have a loan, complete the entrance counseling requirements and the online master promissory note at https://studentloans.gov.
 
2.      THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL. If you would like to take advantage of the “Guaranteed Tuition Option” (GTO), or would like more information, please visit the following link: http://www.etbu.edu/Business_Office/GTO.htm. This step should be completed before making payment(s) to the business office.
 
3.      If you have a balance due after financial aid, you will need to go to http://www.etbu.edu/Business_Office/payment_info.htm  and make a payment by credit card or debit card. It is very important that you complete these 2 steps prior to July 31, 2011, or your class schedule will be dropped. Your registration is not complete until you have completed all of the Business Office requirements.
 
4.      Freshmen and new transfer students move into the residence halls on Thursday, August 18, 2011, between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
 
5.      You can click on the Schedule of Classes and in the 4th column see the textbooks required for your courses along with their price at the ETBU bookstore.
 
6.    All new incoming students must have a Bacterial Meningitis vaccination 10 days before moving into University housing.  Documentation must be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.

 

 
It is very important that you complete this step (complete Student Account Information Form and first payment received in the Business Office) prior to July 31, 2011...your class schedule will be dropped from the system if this step is not complete. If you do not have to make a payment (have a credit balance), you must still complete the Student Account Information Form by July 31, 2011, to retain your schedule.
