Technical Assistance

• New to ETBU
  • If you are new to ETBU, I.T. navigate through our New to ETBU section and you will find: answers to the most common questions, information about tools and applications, and help on setting up new accounts, etc. 
     
• Computing @ ETBU
  • All ETBU computers are managed and maintained by I.T. This would include all tagged accessories such as monitors, printers, mice, keyboards, etc.
  • I.T. maintains strict standards of quality and compatibility by frequent hardware and software upgrades and additions.
  • All ETBU servers, including email, web, database, mainframe, etc. are managed and maintained by I.T. staff.
  • All networking on campus, which would include fiber, CAT5, switches, routers, and other networking hardware is managed and maintained by I.T. staff.
• Phones
  • All ETBU telephones are managed and serviced by I.T. staff of trained communications specialists. We maintain all telephone wiring and wall outlets, and all telephone switches/routers.
  • All ETBU cell phones are purchased and maintained through the I.T. Office. 
     
• Audio/Visual
  • All audio and video technology throughout the university is maintained and managed by Audio/Visual staff.
