Crime Statistics/Annual Security Report/Annual Fire Safety Report

East Texas Baptist University Crime Statistics and Annual Security Report, in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure Policy and Campus Crimes Statistics Act, is now online.  This report contains statistics for  the previous three years.  This report also includes institutional policies concerning Campus Security, Residence Hall Security, Assistance in Emergency Situations and How To Report a Crime, Sexual Offenses and Emergency Response Procedures.  To access this report, go to the ETBU web page:  Faculty/Staff; Physical Facilities; Security.  Click on the Crime Statistics link to access the report.  Another way to access the report is by going to the ETBU web page:  General information link and click on Security.   Also a copy of this report may be obtained by contacting the Physical Facilities Offices at 923-2098.

To access a full report of all categories covered under Clery Act Crimes, click on OPE Campus Security Statistics website, or access their web address:  http://ope.ed.gov/security/.   To find the ETBU Crime Statistics report, click on Get Data for One Institution/Campus.  You will then need to enter East Texas Baptist University in the name field in order to view the report.

In accordance with the Higher Education Act (HEA), any institution that maintains on–campus student housing facilities must now collect fire statistics, publish an Annual Fire Safety Report and keep a “fire log”.  Follow the links to Security to access fire statistics and the Annual Fire Safety Report.  To view a list of all student housing facilities for which we maintain fire statistics, click on OPE Campus Security Statistics website, or access their web address:  http://ope.ed.gov/security/.   To find the ETBU Fire Statistics click on Get Data for One Institution/Campus.  You will then need to enter East Texas Baptist University in the name field in order to view the fire statistics.
