ETBU's Counseling Care Centers

The Counseling Care Center provides no-cost counseling services to ETBU students, faculty, and staff during the fall and spring semesters. Counseling services are provided by appointment and availability of counselors in the center, located in the Jarrett Library building, by a licensed counselor, or practicum and internship students who are being supervised in their clinical training for licensure.

The Community Counseling Care Center provides no-cost counseling services to the community as well as ETBU students, faculty, and staff during the fall, spring, and summer semesters by appointment and availability of counselors or counselors-in-training.

Clinical Services Available

ETBU students, faculty, and staff are offered free counseling sessions throughout the school year either on campus through the Counseling Care Center or off campus through the Community Counseling Care Center. Counseling services offered include individual therapy, couples or family therapy, and group therapy. Services are provided contingent upon client request and clinician availability. Individual Counseling

Clients can meet individually with Brenda Greer-Jennings, LPC-S or practicum/internship students to address various mental health and personal issues. For students, individual counseling will be provided by counselors-in-training enrolled in the Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling program. Sessions can be scheduled using the hours listed above. If these times do not work for your schedule, contact the Counseling Care Center at 903-923-2360 to check on additional availability.
