Campus mailboxes are available to all students enrolled at ETBU. Assignments are made by the Campus Services department. Please contact Campus Services by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. if you have any questions.
Please use the following format for all mail and packages sent to you at East Texas Baptist University. Each student has a unique box number. Please make sure you include this box number on any mail.

Items addressed as PO BOX may be misrouted by the USPS to an alternate location in the city and may lead to delays in students receiving the item.
ETBU Campus Services can accept items from all major carriers. One Tiger Drive Addresses are not PO Boxes, they are physical addresses. If you are having trouble with a carrier, please address your mail like the example above.
All student mailbox holders are issued a mailbox key when they arrive on campus. You must have your key in order to check your mail. Mail from the mailbox will not be handed over the counter.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR KEY!!!
If you have lost your key, you can purchase a replacement by going to the business office, located on the third floor of Marshall Hall, and paying the $20 replacement fee. Bring the receipt to the office of the Director of Campus Services, and your new key will be ordered.
All mailbox keys must be returned at the end of the school year by students not returning to ETBU. Students will be charged a non-refundable fee of $20 to their account if their key is not returned . Students who will be living on campus during the Mayterm/Summer will be given an exception to this provided they register with Campus Services.
