JESSICA WANG, our newest Chinese teaching scholar, is offering FREE classes in Chinese cooking, travel language, and culture. Designed for beginners who want to cook (or order) authentic Chinese dishes - and know what you're eating... and why... the classes meet on Tuesdays at 3:30 pm in SCAR301 and on Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm in MEAD 203. Cooking sessions are first & third Thursdays (Edwards kitchen). Each session is independent, so come whenever you can.
