All faculty, staff, or group sponsors wanting to use A/V equipment for an event must contact the A/V Office at least 3 days prior to event.
You can not checkout A/V equipment until the proper room reservation has been filled out.
Below are the steps required to check out/reserve A/V equipment.

You MUST choose "Add Audio Visual Item" for each item for the A/V department to receive the reservation.
Your equipment will be set up, or will be ready for pick up at requested date/time.

Place ticket in the Reserve Equipment department
You will be contacted when the equipment is ready for pick up
You are responsible for picking up and returning equipment
