The A/V Department strives to bring you the best quality of sound and video, at the highest level customer service.
  • All faculty, staff, or group sponsors wanting to use A/V equipment for an event must contact the A/V Office at least 3 days prior to event.

  • You can not checkout A/V equipment until the proper room reservation has been filled out.

  • Below are the steps required to check out/reserve A/V equipment. 

RESERVE A/V EQUIPMENT w/ROOM
  • Fill out room reservation form: Found Here

  • You MUST choose "Add Audio Visual Item" for each item for the A/V department to receive the reservation.

  • Your equipment will be set up, or will be ready for pick up at requested date/time.

 

RESERVE A/V EQUIPMENT ONLY
  • Fill out work order: Found Here

  • Place ticket in the Reserve Equipment department

  • You will be contacted when the equipment is ready for pick up

  • You are responsible for picking up and returning equipment
