Welcome to the Department of Nursing website. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to preparing students for success in the nursing profession. We trust our students will follow in the footsteps of our Department of Nursing alumni, who have distinguished themselves by providing caring, competent healthcare to citizens in Texas and throughout the world.
Facing the future in healthcare with critical shortages of personnel will be challenging. We seek to meet those challenges by continuing to create stronger and more flexible academic programs.
