Kappa Kappa Psi (KKY): Kappa Kappa Psi is a fraternal organization that promotes the advancement of college and university bands through dedicated service and support to bands; comprehensive education; leadership opportunities; and recognition; for the benefit of its members and society. Sigma Alpha Iota (SAI): The Eta Eta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, a women's music fraternity, is very active in the ETBU School of Fine Arts. SAI coordinates receptions for the recitals, presents the yearly "etiquette recital," upholds the tradition of Heralds of the Christ Child, as well as provides support for the faculty and students of the Music Department. This cherished sisterhood is a lifeline of relationships which give back to the department and the community. Tau Beta Sigma (TBS): Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority provides service to collegiate bands, encourages the advancement of women in the band profession, and promotes and enriches an appreciation of band music through recognition, leadership development, and education of its members. Established February 16, 2003, the Iota Beta Chapter desires to build leadership within the band and to serve through sisterhood.
