Online Tutoring for TExES Domains
The cumulative exam for music teacher certification in the state of Texas is called the TExES. This is a comprehensive exam that covers the following five domains:
- Domain 1: Listening (25% of the exam)
- Domain 2: Music Theory and Composition (17% of the exam)
- Domain 3: Music History and Culture (17% of the exam)
- Domain 4: Music Classroom Performance (25% of the exam)
- Domain 5: Music Education (17% of the exam)
This page provides links to a number of on-line and other published materials that will assist in preparation for taking the TExES exam.
