Invitational Honor Band

 

 

 

 

Each Spring semester, the ETBU Band Department hosts an Invitational Honor Band for high school band students who have been nominated by their directors. Honor Band participants work closely with Mr. Mark Crim, ETBU Director of Bands, to rehearse a selection of band literature that will be presented in a concert at the end of the Honor Band weekend.

 

In addition, students rehearse under the direction of a guest-clinician who has been invited to work directly with the participants.

 

 

Previous guest clinicians have included:

Joe Parisi, Asst Professor, Wind Ensemble Director, University of Missouri, Kansas City
Eric Bradshaw, Director of Bands, ValadostaStateUniversity
