| In accordance with the Federal Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 now known as the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the following statistics are required to be published annually. They have been compiled in accordance with the definitions used in the Uniform Crime Reporting System of the Department of Justice, FBI, and the modifications in such definitions as implemented pursuant the Crime Statistics Act. In complying with the act, ETBU gathers statistics concerning the occurrence of crimes on campus, in residence halls and on public property surrounding our campus. Information for our report was gathered from our Safety and Security Department, Student Services and the Marshall Police Department. |
