ETBU Names Allison Peteet As The Director of Alumni Relations

MARSHALL, Texas (9/06/12)- East Texas Baptist University Vice President for University Advancement Catherine Crawford announces the employment of Allison Peteet as the Director of Alumni Relations. Peteet currently serves at ETBU as Campus Visit Coordinator in the Admissions Office and begins her new position on September 17, 2012.

"Allison brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the position of Director of Alumni Relations,” said Crawford. "There is no doubt that she will be loved by all of our alums and bring a freshness to our alumni programs. We look forward to her being a part of the Advancement Team.”

Peteet is an ETBU alum graduating in 1999 with Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Marketing. She first was employed by the University in 2005 as the Institutional Technology Secretary before moving into her position in the Admissions Office. She did leave the University in 2008 to work for STEMCO of Longview before returning in 2010.

"ETBU is home to me and my goal is to help in any way that I can to make it a wonderful place for past, present, and future students,” said Peteet.

Peteet and her husband, John, are members of Harleton Baptist Church. They have one daughter, Genna, with another child expected soon.
