The Federal Perkins Loan is a low-interest loan to help students pay for their education. ETBU identifies recipients with financial need as determined by the Department of Education.
All Perkins recipients must complete an online Perkins Master Promissory Note at the following link:

First time recipients of the Perkins Loan must also complete an initial counseling session at http://mappingyourfuture.org/oslc/counseling/index.cfm?act=Intro&OslcTypeID=3
When graduating or withdrawing from ETBU you must complete the Exit Interview online at http://www.mapping-your-future.org/perkins/exitcounseling/?act=intro
