The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the form used to determine the amount of money a family is expected to contribute to the price of attending a postsecondary institution. The results of the FAFSA are used in determining student grants, work study, and loan amounts. The new FAFSA is made available by the U.S. Department of Education every January 1st.

If you were notified that your FAFSA was selected for verification, you may access the Verification Worksheet here.  The form may be filled out online and then printed for signatures, and then mailed to the Financial Aid Office.
